Pasta with Spinach (Serves: 1; Preparation Time: 10 minutes)

Here is such a simple recipe that even the fathers can make for their little ones! This one has all the goodness of spinach, and its tastes very well.

  • 1/2 cups boiled Farfalle pasta (butterfly/bow shaped) – you can chop pasta in small pieces
  • 15-20 spinach leaves, finely chopped (stem excluded)
  • 2 tsp butter
  • Crushed pepper corn
  • Salt to taste


  • Melt the butter in a frying pan; saute chopped spinach leaves for about 2 minutes (or till it looks cooked)

  • Toss in the boiled pasta, season with salt and pepper and cook for another minute or so
