Ingredients
- 1/2 cups boiled Farfalle pasta (butterfly/bow shaped) – you can chop pasta in small pieces
- 15-20 spinach leaves, finely chopped (stem excluded)
- 2 tsp butter
- Crushed pepper corn
- Salt to taste
Steps
- Melt the butter in a frying pan; saute chopped spinach leaves for about 2 minutes (or till it looks cooked)
- Toss in the boiled pasta, season with salt and pepper and cook for another minute or so
