Ingredients
- 250 gms phalse (the sweet and sour, exotic summer berries)
- 100 gms sugar
- 1½ tsp black salt
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper powder
Steps
- Rinse the phalse thoroughly and leave them to dry on a plate
- Sprinkle the sugar on the phalse; after about half an hour, the sugar will be partly dissolved
- In a mixer jar, blend together the phalse and sugar mix along with black salt, plain salt and black pepper powder; add about 1 glass water and blend well (one could add or reduce sugar, salt and pepper as per taste)
- Pass this mixture through a sieve to get rid of the seeds
- You should refrigerate this mix, and dilute with chilled water to enjoy this refreshing drink!
